February 2005 Greater Hartford Literacy Council Luncheon

February 17, 2005: The Greater Hartford Literacy Council invited Dr. Janice Gruendel, who currently serves as Senior Advisor on Early Childhood Education for Governor Jodi Rell and a part-time senior consulting fellow on youth issues at Connecticut Voices for Children, to speak about Governor Rell’s early childhood initiative and proposed budget.
