	Leadership Training Was Great, Now What? Good afternoon, my name is Leticia Rocha and I am very happy to be here today with all of you sharing my experiences as a parent leader. I was born in Mexico, lived in Canada for 5 years and I moved to Danbury two years ago. I have worked as community educator for more than 15 years in both Mexico and Canada and now I am a full time mother of a two-year old child.
