In his morning keynote, "Storytelling as Change Strategy," McNally explained why storytelling is the single most powerful communication tool you possess, and he offered specific ways your organization can use stories to advance your mission.
RALPH SMITH, Senior Vice President of The Annie E. Casey Foundation, helps design and manage the Foundation's efforts to help communities improve outcomes for children by strengthening families and neighborhoods. A legal scholar and attorney, he has also served in senior leadership positions in the Philadelphia school district and as a senior advisor to the mayor. In his luncheon address "Promoting Community Change: Early Childhood as Catalyst," Smith shared insights from his rich and varied experience working for community change and improved outcomes for children.
