Community Planning Partnership
Through the Early Childhood Education Cabinet, the State has provided match funding to support local early childhood planning. In addition, the Children's Fund of Connecticut has provided funding to secure the commitment and engagement of the health sector and integrate health needs into the development of community plans.

The Connecticut Data Collaborative is a consortium of organizations and individuals committed to the development and use of public data for a variety of strategic purposes, including state-level and community planning, outcomes tracking, service improvement and public accountability.

Grade Level Reading
In partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, as well as the State Department of Education, the Memorial Fund launched the Grade Level Reading Campaign in 2010.

Parent Leadership Training
Since 2007, the Memorial Fund has offered to match State funding for the Parent Trust Fund to support training opportunities for parents in civic leadership skills to improve the health, safety, and learning of children.

CT 3 to 3 Partnership
A group of representatives from the State Department of Education, EASTCONN, the CT Association of Schools, local school districts, and the Memorial Fund attended a Harvard Graduate School of Education Institute on Prek-3rd grade in the fall of 2010. As a result of the institute, the group will be convening an education leadership symposium in August 2011.
