The Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance is a growing consortium of organizations and individuals committed to improving developmental outcomes in the areas of learning, health, safety and economic security for children ages birth to eight, and their families. Member organizations employ over 3,000 Connecticut residents and provide care and education for nearly 20,000 children. The CT Early Childhood Alliance supports a quality-based, comprehensive system of early childhood services, especially early care and education, which promotes and rewards high-quality services and provides sufficient resources to sustain them.
