[1] Rosie's For All Kids Foundation is offering early childhood care and education grants to support direct-service organizations throughout the United States. First priority is given to experienced, community-based programs serving children in low-income, major urban areas, where many families struggle to find affordable, high-quality early education and care. Grants focus on tuition subsidies, small renovations, equipment upgrades, playground construction, and staff development opportunities.

[3] The Parent Leadership Training Institute trains, inspires and empowers parents to become leading advocates for children. Since its inception, PLTI has helped more than 1700 parents across the state make a difference by taking leadership roles in local PTOs, Boards of Education, City Councils, non-profit boards and even in the Connecticut General Assembly.
