Overview

Right from the Start (RFTS) is a Connecticut based initiative to develop a comprehensive early care and education delivery system that works for all children in the state.  The William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund, with facilitation support from the Interaction Institute for Social Change, is convening a team of individuals and organizations committed to informing the process and the design of that system.   

We invite you to join us in this exciting work!  Working together, we can get it Right From the Start for every child in Connecticut.
